Bonds wood, plastic and all non-metallic parts in 5-8 seconds.
Welded area is equal to a 30 minute set.
Heavy duty electronic tubes power this large model and deliver a large amount of high frequency current to the glue line.
All component parts in the Model 4000 are of rugged design and will give long and very satisfactory service.
Your project should remain clamped under strong pressure until the joint cools.It will cool in about 2 minutes.
