Customer
Care Representative
This position will serve as a primary
point of contact for new and existing customers. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting customers with new service
requests, billing inquiries, service plan changes, service questions, promoting
and recommending PSC services,
receiving and accurately applying payments to customer accounts,
balancing daily cash drawers and processing daily bank deposit. Position works closely with other PSC
internal support departments.
Ideal candidate must be able to
communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a
professional and courteous manner. Must
be skilled in operating basic office equipment, as well as experienced with
Excel, Word and e-mail. Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple
projects, pay close attention to detail and maintain confidentiality. High school diploma and two years related
experience required. Telephone or
customer service experience desired.
