At Windell's Cafe you have several choices. We serve sandwiches, plate lunches, and all you can eat family style dinners for parties with large appetites. Windell's Cafe has been featured in Midwest Living, and is soon to be on The Food Network. Desserts are made from scratch daily, some using the same recipe from 1947. Plate lunches are served with meat and a choice of three vegetables and a piece of delicious sweet cornbread. Special plate lunches are homemade chicken and dumplings, Swiss steak, meatloaf, lasagna and fried chicken; chop beefsteak and roast beef are always on the plate lunch menu. Special plate lunches are ribs and sour kraut, chicken livers, roast pork and liver and onions.
Windell's also does catering for large or small parties. In addition to our Standard Dinner Party meal option, Windell's Catering offers Breakfast Buffets, Party Trays, Pizza Party's, Sandwich party trays, hors d'oeuvres, finger sandwiches and special volume pricing on our delicious chicken.
