John Lennon
John Winston Lennon was born on October 9, 1940. His father was away and he was raised by his Aunt Mimi. He formed a band named the Quarry Men formed with friends from school. Through time the other Beatles joined. He was married twice. Once to Cynthia Powell in 1962 they had a son named Julian. He was the one that inspired Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. His second wife was Yoko Ono. They were married in 1969 and had one child, Sean. He was assassinated by Mark Chapman on December 8, 1980 at the age of 40. John was my favorite Beatle and he wrote many great songs such as A Day In The Life, In My Life, Help!, I Am The Walrus, Please Please Me.
